Starting tomorrow, October 1st, teacher Kristen Dehler will take you on a 3 session journey in ONDA Beauty’s Sag Harbor garden, to build understanding and awareness for an everyday practice in living more mindfully. Learn about sustainable ways and resources to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life. The goal? Increased calm, resiliency and most of all, joy in your life. Kind of hard to resist, right?
